COACHES AND CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS
The client must understand that the results of our health, physiotherapy and fitness programs cannot be guaranteed.
Pain is subjective and varies depending on the individual's condition. Immediate pain relief is not guaranteed within 1 session.
The client’s progress depends on his/her effort, commitment and cooperation in and outside of the sessions in order to achieve results.
All participant information will be kept strictly private and confidential with Constant unless agreed by the client .
The clock starts and ends on time. If the Client is late, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.
The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear unless otherwise advised by the coaches.
The client must understand and agree that it is his/her responsibility to continuously inform the Physiotherapist of any condition or changes regarding his/her health, which might affect their ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
The client must understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of therapeutic exercises.
If the Client sustains or claims to sustain any form of injury in Constant Co’s premise(s), the client acknowledges that Constant Co and the coaches are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the Physiotherapist’s negligence or act of malice during the class, program or workshop.
The Physiotherapists cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
PAYMENT PLANS / METHODS / REFUND POLICY
The Client who uses a payment plan option for his/her coaching/physiotherapy package MUST COMPLETE ALL PAYMENTS.
There is an Auto-Debit system that the centre will provide for Clients who pay via auto debit/credit card. Members are also able to pay via cash or online transfer if the auto debit system is unavailable.
If, for any reason, the client is unsatisfied with the services provided and demands for a refund, the company withholds the right to determine the final decision. The company will compensate the client in the form of a discount voucher.
The company will refund the client in the event a client overpaid for any services purchased within 14 working days upon request.
Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable for used or unused sessions to another party.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & USER AGREEMENT
Constant Co. is not a medical care expert and shall not be liable for any damages arising from diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions, or determining the specific exercise or nutrition of a medical condition.
